Bringing your Medication into line

If you feel you would benefit from your medication being brought into line to help with ordering all your medication together, this can be done for you by the Practice Pharmacist.

All you require to do next time you are ordering your repeat prescription from the surgery is:

  • Look out and count all the medication you have left at home
  • Put the quantities you have left next to the medication on your repeat list
  • Check over all the medication on your repeat slip to ensure you are happy with what is on it and are not needing anything removed
  • Once completed, return the form to the surgery and the receptionists will be able to pass the information on to the pharmacists who will be able to issue you with an acute prescription for the odd quantities to bring your medication into line

Alternatively if you would like to discuss this further, you can call our pharmacy team between 9.00am - 1.30pm, Monday-Friday (option 2).
